One, it gives the impression that the guy is pretty self absorbed. He obviously sees himself in a higher position and gices the impression that he deems you worthy of taking up his time. It might work on girls with low self esteem by making them feel wanted in a sense, but some one with self respect will feel disrespected. Two, and this is just my personal opinion, "have fun" is never a good word choice.
