The grey shirt doesn't fit you well, and if you're going to layer sleeves like that, think about why you're doing it. Are the textures complimentary? Does it create an interesting silhouette?

Maybe this is just bait and I've been had, but here's some honest advice for someone who looks like they're just starting to care about how they present themselves: make everything look cohesive and deliberate (copy the fits that are posted here that you think look boring or unimpressive), and once you're ready to start experimenting with expressing yourself, do it with one item/area at a time.

They blend in too much with the pants and it doesn't look good.
Something with leather to match the jacket, and/or grey to match the shirt. White details could work too.
Really like these shoes, think they'd look great on you.
And ofc, regular black converse is rarely a bad choice.
Everything else is good (would consider getting a knitted scarf or something though).

Not sure about the shoes, but I've never really been a big fan of the running shoes that's popular.
Not sure about the hair, at least from this angle. Would probably look a lot better in a neat man-bun or slicked back. (Maybe slicked back in a knitted beanie?)
