How should a thick pullover fit? Im conflicted because it had a perfect fit to the sleeves, right length and all, but it felt a bit too tight.

I'd say go for a taper. They're not bad like that, but it would probably look better with a taper.

I don't quite like the perforation on the Vans either, though. I don't know if Vans even offers a non-perforated leather shoe like this.
