hi friends, how is everyone's weekend going?

Today was kinda bad (dietwise) but my dad and I are going to France for lunch tomorrow and I'm looking forward to having tarte flambée which doesn't even have that many calories. Also, it's been really hot here the past week. What about you?

I hate the way normies do thinspo. They always filter their photos in shitty black and white and add "quirky" depression/suicide quotes for attention and it is so cringey it drives me mad. Thinspo can and should be happy and comfy like in these threads. Wanting to be skinny is not a bad thing! Just wanted to get that off my chest.

Nope. I wish I had a job, but current situations prevent me from having one right now. I am happier, more active, and more productive when I'm employed. My life feels more purposeful. But school is cool too I guess. At least I'm not 100% NEET, and it's nice to be able to go to school in my pajamas. At the same time, I kind of wish I could afford to attend physical school around physical people. I don't even like interacting with people that much, but I do enjoy their company and feeling their energy around me.

Use it as inspiration to not for a while.

I'm so looking forward to being in complete control of my eating when I move away for uni. We don't have dining halls though, I have a cooking area in my dorm which I prefer anyway.

all carbs aren't 'bad'. if you want to do low-carb or keto, then yes you need to avoid all types of carbs, but refined ones are the major ones you should avoid otherwise as they aren't very filling and mess more with your insulin levels. complex carbs like wholegrains and fruits are okay.

? No. It's just that protein is usually more filling but neither carbohydrates nor protein nor fat are plain bad for you, it's just certain foods that are. Does the place you got this from not have any nutritional info? I just use my phone as a step counter and it transfers the data to Lose It and it's accurate.

Read the model diet manual, it's very helpful. Track your calories. Crash dieting leads to bingeing. EDs aren't fun so be careful and lose weight healthily.

Which model do you have? If it's a 5s or newer, it does it automatically, just go to the Health app and find the steps section in the Fitness category.

You could bring the rest you didn't eat to your room, measure that and then figure out how much you eat from that or if you said you ate half, then just calculate half of the calories.

I'm sorry you're so stressed out. Did you just start uni? Everything should calm down soon and you'll adapt to your new environment and find people that you like, it'll be fine! Is your mono bad? I have a friend who dropped out because of hers.

Great, thanks for asking! I had a lovely party last night, and I managed to not drink at all and have a great time. I feel great today as a result. I got some errands done this morning, and now I'm eating a salad and about to read for a while. Then take a jog and then probably get around to some household chores. I was thin for a while a couple years ago, but it was due to stress and drugs, and not healthy. I loved the way I looked and felt, though, and this time I'm making the permanent lifestyle commitment to being healthily and soberly thin. It makes me so much happier in general and more confident in all things. So many of my college friends have put on weight, and it's depressing as hell. I don't want that.
