For breakfast I do water, a banana and 2 eggs daily. If o eat lunch it's usually ceviche or tuna with Greek yogurt and apple juice. Dinner is typically chicken breast stir fried with broccoli and carrots and a beer (michelob ultra). Snacks are almonds and lays baked chips.

Make sure you have enough salt in your diet!!! Not consuming salt can cause exhaustion. If you really don't want to up your caloric intake then just have some broth made from a bullion cube.

I was 5'10" and weighed 206 when I started browsing these threads back in May and decided to lose weight.

This morning I weighed in at 186 - I weigh myself twice each day once in the morning and once at night and go by the average for that day, but this was the first time I could say that I have lost 20lbs :')

I'm hoping I can keep it up and lose 40lbs before the end of the year.

I used to eat cereal also, but switched oatmeal (made with water) and a serving of fruit. Then around 10am I have some almonds (10x) to hold me over until I eat something around noon.

This is the specific oatmeal. 220 calories, and if I add the serving of fruit after it seems to hold me pretty good until I need a snack around 10.

I'm a 5' 10" male 148lbs for reference.

Cereal isn't necessarily bad, just needs to be the right kind. Weetabix, shredded wheat, bran flakes, any wholegrain cereal is good. Sugary kid cereal, not so much. Good with yogurt or milk.
Oatmeal is great too.

Not too bad. Maybe add an apple here and there for a snack. Also, two eggs daily is a lot. I used to do this, but have been having oatmeal with a sprinkle of ancient grain/seed mix and a chopped up apple for breakfast instead, and keeping the eggs to a few per week. You seem to have a lot of protein and veggies though, which is excellent.

Oh, and apple juice isn't great. Pretty much pure sugar. Whole apples + water is a better option.

I didn't put any on. The fruit did enough on its own where none was needed. I considered added a raspberry vinaigrette, but it was past date and I'm glad I didn't in hindsight, would have been extra calories plus overkill.
