Why do people continue to get plastic surgery...

Why do people continue to get plastic surgery, even though most people who get it are still ugly afterwards and look like fucking wax dolls.

I'm not a specialist but I spent one year reading and learning about plastic surgery because of college. After seeing so many examples you get it, plastic surgery should be used only in reconstructive cases (fire survivors, acid attack, dog attack). Cosmetic plastic surgery is a flip coin, no matter if the doctor has 300 years of experience the face is too complex for the technology we have today.

Med student reporting in (having worked in plastic surgery for 15 months in total)
It totally depends on the surgeon's aesthetic and the patient's wish. Most people look fucked up because this is what they wished for.

This. I get confused when people see a pretty Korean girl and immediate say "hurr plastic surgery" without realizing that nobody with plastic surgery has ever looked good, ever.

t. gook pretending his race isn't ugly

el em ay oh, this is not the same person

Look at the collarbones, traps, ears, and hairline.

I bet you see those before and after pics of the 4 inch dick and the foot long anaconda and think those are real too, huh?

It's funny how they parted their hair in the same place to make it "convincing". Retards will fall for anything.

Plastic surgery is should only be used to correct deformities from tragic accidents.

Getting it for no reason except vanity is dumb and always leaves the person looking like weird.

You obviously know nothing about Korea. It is the plastic surgery capital of the world. It is extremely commonplace and normal to get plastic surgery there. Ever heard of double eyelid surgery?

Been there several times since 2001.

Is plastic surgery common in Korea? Yes.

Do people with plastic surgery look good? No.

You can't fix mental illness:

Z'dar had a dissorder. Not sure if he ever had surgery, but the size of his face was natural.

t. Delusional ugly slant eye

The only people who look bad after plastic surgery are the anomalies who got a bad job or they are addicts who got too much work done and have BDD (not counting people with legit deformities, they don't count). Everyone else who gets plastic surgery look better after and you can't tell they got it, because it's only meant to fix small imperfections like a bump on the nose or uneven eyelids.

Any girl you think looks pretty in Korea has 90% probably had plastic surgery. Especially if she has v-shaped chin or double eyelids.

Expa here. I lived in Korea for 8 years. All of my foreigner friends learned quite quickly how to spot plastic surgery. It is a total myth that foreigners can't tell when you've had it while you wear your nearly translucent nose out in public.
Other Koreans know, foreigners know, the only people who don't know are 16-year-old foreigners who only see Asians when they see Kpop vids on YouTube.
Absolutely weird culture when it comes to denying things everyone knows about.

The cases don't have to be so extreme though. I broke my nose and then decided to have surgery to get it to the way it looked before that five years later and I can't tell a difference between before breaking my nose and now.

You can tell the bad jobs from the good, just like anyone else. That's nothing special. Like I said here when the surgery is actually good, it is subtle enough for it to look natural. Some people just want to look unnatural for whatever reason whether it be because they have some kind of mental problem, or they just want to show off that they can afford it.

lol thats a after/before when youre drunk comparison

this guy had cherubism, though

A massive amount of people have gotten some form of plastic surgery at some point or another, and most don't notice because it worked out fine.

Mentally ill celebrities and shit with body dysmorphia have literal disorders that make their minds constantly obsessed with changing their appearance even for the worse, and so people like in OP who have consistently gone plastic surgery across their face a lot are always going to look fucked up.

If you have a really ugly nose or recessed chin though surgery in those areas works out well 99% of the time and is totally worth it appearance and confidence wise according to those people.

No it isn't

I think it's in the same boat as CGI. When CGI is done well, no one bats an eye (unless you're some kinda sperglord.) But when it's bad it's what tends to stick out and thus remember

...

I just realized it's an endless cycle. A bunch of ugly as fuck Koreans get flawless plastic surgery, they get married and have children that look deformed so they get plastic surgery as well and get laid by someone rich who can afford it. Must be an ridiculously high paying job.
