I'm 5'2" and I can ride my bonnie comfortable, but honestly all I've ever known is triumph and I think you could be able to ride the legend 900, they look alright stock but if you cafe them out some and put better handle bars on them they look pretty damn good. ummmm if you wanna go to street bike path try a triumph sprint? I think you'd be able to ride that as well. source: my ex bf was 5'9"

I had an R75/5 and it was awesome.
