the only good (and I mean the ONLY good) is that you make more gains in the gym. Manlet gains are great, but that's about it. they're useless because manlets can't actually be aesthetic.

im 30x32 but buy 32x32 since thats the dimension all mens pants are designed for and that way i can keep the same pants when i get older and become fat as fuck
