Most Veeky Forums slip on shoe?

What is the most effay slip on shoe, Veeky Forums? I've been wearing pic related for years and now they're starting to break. Looking for something that I can just put on and go walk the dog or when I go for a quick visit to the nearby kiosk, and hopefully look effay as I do so. What do you guys wear?

I guess you could slip those on. Aren't those more of a basic sneaker?

I would go for the all white or all black tbqh famalam

I'm looking for leather black slip-ons, like pic related.

I don't like the perforation or the logo on the upper-left Vans, nor do I like the gold numbers in the common projects. The third doesn't quite have the right silhouette, either.

Any other shoes like these? I see them all over the place, but I can't seem to find what people are getting. Are they just getting some cheap H&M knockoff?

I've looked into Diemme, but it's hard to find (even used). Greats looks all right, but is a bit slim for my taste.
