>You have 4k budget to build a new wardrobe, what would you do?
wonder why my usual budget has been more than halved

OP isn't even implying 4k is a lot, what's the problem with you guys, just answer the fucking question.

Damn I can only cop 1 piece of ccp outerwear and 1 pair of ccp shoes...

buy a pair of common projects, black (non raw) apcs, apc ps, then probably spend the rest on uniqlo.

no i was just joking given $4000 that that first user would only spend $4000 and not another $10,000 on credit wasn't Veeky Forums

All the shit I need for sports and hobbies before everything else
Airism boxers from uniqlo, 2 white and 2 black airism tees from there as well
Some black jeans, probably from sale for around 50 bucks
Surplus gats, black surplus boots
Spend rest buying Rick second hand more or less

basic on uniqlo and then go to thrift shops, ragtag, etc.

Jeans and t shirts

i'd just hit up the gap really

go full yoshji wraith core

>long black parka $400
>long black wool overcoat $250

>3 black long sleeve tees $180
>2 black sweatshirts $200

>black tech pants $150
>black chinos $100
>black sneakers $400

>i'd just hit up the gap really

This tbqhf.

thx

Buying high quality reps would be a pretty good option for to have a bigger wardrobe imo

Id probably just buy shit at Uniqlo and H&M because my current wardrobe tooks me years to build and would probably not even be feasible if I had bought everything outside of sales. If I cant have that style (which I couldnt replicate with 4k bucks outside of sales), then I'd probably simply go for some incredibly normie-core look becuase otherwise I wouldnt be able to build enough fits. I mean, I already have 2 specific overcoats that cost more than 2k a piece which are an essential part of the look.

With fashion there are only 2 ways: Either you go cheap, or you go expensive. Everything in between is just a rip-off. Expensive clothes usually have high build quality with exceptional design, while cheap clothes have simplistic design with shit build quality. Mid range level clothes are usually shit because they dont excel at anything, but at the same time also make everything worse. Build is meh, material is meh, cut is meh, design usually is atrocious. I mean, look at Diesel for example which is what I would consider a mid range clothing line. None of their shit looks good, but its still fairly expensive for what you get. Same applies to Levis and a lot of other brands in that price range. With 4k you cant build an upper tier wardrobe out of nothing, so since mid-range is a waste of money you might as well just go for replaceable pieces. At least thats how I feel. Maybe get some fairly expensive coat/jacket for winter, and some expensive boots because good shoes will last you a life time if you treat them well (resole them once every 1-2 years for 30 bucks). But the rest should probably go into cheap, replaceable stuff.

buy 50 cdg pieces and swag out

>almost 2000 dollars on 7 Acne oxford shirts
>has vans for shoes
niggaaa

What's that type of coat called?

poorfags leave this board RREEEEEE

>either you go cheap or you go expensive
>muh false dichotomy
>diesel is a mid range clothing line
literally fucking off yourself

Someone needs to shop Leto wearing a Rick dicksuit

not

help guyz

Brands?

1 black suit from yohji pour homme (1600€)
2 white shirts from yohji pour homme (500€)
1 pair of Levi's 501 (50€)
1 pair of converse all star high in white (50€)
1 pair of docs mono low (150€)
1 Yohji pour homme overcoat (1600€)
Socks/Boxers/white t-shirts from Uniqlo with remaining 50€

why buy yohji retail when there are literally loads of beautiful archive suits and overcoats on yahoo?

I made this as if I had to buy everything in one day in Tokyo. Otherwise of course I'd hunt for deals online !

yohji is a lot cheaper in japan
i doubt you would have to spend 1600 euros on a suit

also there are a million thrift stores in japan with lots of cheap yohji

I buy used panties from Japanese schoolgirls for 4k

>in Japan

some sushi and a plane ticket home

great contribution lads!
>I'm not

>tfw you own a $4000 coat
I am unsure how I ended up in the realm

Help guys

>$70 tank top
>$250 overcoat

>$100 sweatshirts
>$50 bomber

you basically just made up prices

>combat boots separate from all weather boots

>needing jeans, "tech pants" AND chinos

>8 total tee shirts (& 2 tank tops lmao)

pls kill yourself

lmao this me

i want to buy a japanese suit online but im sorta spooked, because literally everything has to fit perfectly for a suit as opposed to buying normal clothing
should i just buy a suit irl or what

buy 3000$ yeezys 750/ay2 and 1000$ in zara

F U L L R I C K

rick is shit

Go to daikanyama and for the various seilin shops, it isn't crazy expensive and most of the stuff matches pretty well. Then uniqlo for underwear.

probably just make a bunch of somewhat regrettable impulse purchases during sale season when everything becomes final sale
then sell it all on grailed

Just buy everything that fits at Uniqlo.

Unlock otaku-core.

everything else is really tryhard for california
and its not deal running vans through shit

>Socks, underwear,

what the fuck? no. I'm spending the 4k on the important things, shirts pants, jackets etc

lol you jus jelly you dont have money to burn stay rekt

good taste

Buy most of my items (except underwear obviously) from Japanese thrift stores (BookOff, Ragtag etc). A lot of thrift stores focus on "brand" items and the quality is excellent.

Its honestly not worth buying it firsthand when thrift stores sell it for the same quality but cheaper price.

I'd say go to Japan, or try your luck online if you have a good tailor around you.

Thx
