I went into a store today to try them on.

They look...OK. They're really light and comfortable. The insole has some weird bumpy texture. It felt alright but not sure about walking for an extended period.

Aside from looking kind of unremarkable, The only bad thing is the behavior of the material. As soon as you move your feet around it turns into a nylon and lace salad with all kinds of creases.

Are they true to their size or do they run big? An online review said that a size 10 fits an 11.5.

If you want to cop, you might be interested in knowing:
-size WAY down
-the insole has little holes in it that make is uneven and actually really comfy
-they wrinkle a lot once laced, but in a nice looking way (I was worried about how smooth they looked before I laced)
-every place I can imagine it coming apart has been covered by the rubber sole so I wouldn't be surprised if they last structurally a good while
-they feel like they might be fairly slippery when wet

Just copped after trying on in store. As everyone else has said the sizing is hilariously inaccurate. Not only are the listed US sizes way too small, but the listed European sizes are way too big. Apparently Uniqlo thinks a US 9.5 = Euro 46. Anyway, I usually wear an 11/11.5 US and the 9.5 fits perfectly.
