This is my favorite taobao store, they have a lot of rick-esque stuff and pieces in that general style. They're cheap and ask for your measurements (they make the stuff after you order)
Best taobao agents imo are Superbuy (cheaper, 24/7 support) and Basetao (bit more expensive, but I like how easy it always is with them)

No, Taobao sellers might also sell genuine items, its like a Chinese version of Ebay. The price mostly reflects if its fake or real. Good agents are Basetao or Superbuy.

There are only a handful of actual suppliers in China. Cwhat is mostly what you find, though there are a few more.
Quality is hit or miss. Just look for reviews on leddit and shit. Korea has the higher end reps.
I have stuff from Reondistrict (formerly Puerhomme) and the quality is fucking amazing. If you save for a haul over $300 shipping is free. They aren't cheap, but you won't find higher quality. They even use the same materials for some items.
