Why does the construction and leather matter if the sole is the first and most important thing on a sneaker that gets worn out? and you can't even replace that like you can with high quality boots/shoes. Adidas uses the same exact material for the sole on normal stans so the "high quality" leather goes to waste after some months of regular use.

There is a canvas version of stan smiths and there's also the primeknit version but I don't know about the glues adidas uses so they may not be animal product free.

Also remember that veganism is against animal explotaition and guess what, humans are animals too and does adidas not exploit humans to make their cheap shoes? I suggest getting something from a company with better ethics.
