similar situation. Not that I am terribly Veeky Forums but I have started paying more attention to what i wear and developed something of a style. Women never look at me but i get at least two men checking me out anytime i go to the local mall.

If you have receding chin. Get braces to correct it or get chin/jaw implants or jaw surgery to fix it.

Get like teeth whitener, arm and hammer teeth whitener is good and apply lil bit on top of your tooth paste and brush 2 x a day.

Work out in the gym and get fit by weighlifting. I would suggest a beginner PPL Routine for aesthetics. Or Stronglifts 5 x5 for strength.
