Yves Salomon makes interesting parkas for ~2.5k out of rabbit fur (not the highest quality fur to be honest.
If you have the cash then is a great choice.
My parka is a Loro Piana Icer Short and I love it. Super warming, looks great, and is totally wind & rain resistant. Extremely pricey though.
It really depends on how much you're willing to spend.
If you do anything besides work in an office 6 days a week having a carhartt is based.
