Do a normal strength program but don't over-eat, you will develop muscle and low body fat but won't get too big because you will not have the excess calories.

A simple program is Legs, Push, Pull.

Day 1
Dumbbell lunges
Straight leg dead lift

Day 2
Overhead Press
Barbell Press
Dips

Day 3
Bent Over Dumbbell Rows
Dubbell Bicep Curls
Pull Ups

Repeat this every day with no rest days. Don't do any 'roids and don't over eat. Ottermode is fairly easy to achieve as long as you work at it consistently and don't eat like a pig.

Okay first of all: a caloric deficit is when you eat less and lose weight. Secondly: you are skinnyfat. thirdly: go to fit and read the sticky

If you're already skinny don't eat a fucking deficit. You need to eat big to gain muscle and make sure that at least 40% of your calories come from protein so that as you lose fat, you do not lose the muscle you're working for.

thank you, i visited a dietician and she said my biggest problem was not enough protein. i've started drinking protein drinks in the morning as well as eating more meat, cheese, and other such stuff instead of small portions of junk food

I have a pretty flat stomach, top 2 ab muscles are showing but kind of large love handles and thick as fuck thighs, which are part muscle on the quads and fat on inner thigh. My arms are thin but I started lifting and they're getting bigger. I want to be ottermode but I need to cut fat while creating muscle? should I lift and also go on a caloric deficit?

The thing is, im a stremelly light person, im barely 110 lb, 5'11, but im still kind of soft in the belly area. Mi arms are rail thin and my legs after the knees are too but my high legs, booty and belly are soft.

I've always being almost anorexic but for some reason last December didn't treat my body too well, so im freaking the fuck out, this is all new to me
