Since your eyes are down-turned at the corners, I think the brows need shaping more, at least a slight arch, you look a bit too sleepy-eyed.

John Frieda Friz-ease and a moisturizing shampoo unless you are really oily on your scalp. That is the easiest solution but use a clarifying shampoo a couple of times a month to clean any build up.

I would get rid of the bottom length but leave the flippy top pieces but part it to the side not the middle. Tame the brows, rounder glasses and practice a smile expression that is less, hm, weasel-like?

Any that offer waxing, preferably experienced with men. Call around and ask. Get it done professionally a few times, watch them trim, watch where they wax and pluck and then you should be able to pluck/trim at home in to maintain the same shape yourself if you want to.
