what's proper otter weight for 5'10"

145-155 depending on mass and frame

What's the proper otter weight for 6'4? Is it even a viable body for tall people or should we go for something else?

30 min to 1 hour with machines, 4 days a week. 2 for upper half, 2 for lower. No weight lifting (as in no barbell, dumbells and all that) because I'm a lazy asshole.
No alcohol or smoking, very little sugar

You dont need to work your core that much, its more about your diet. Do some ab-wheel and stay cut.

I do a lot of dips and pull ups, i go rock climbing every other day and for core i do weighted planks and leg raises, i also go swimming to keep my body fat low as far as diet goes i eat whatever i want

Abs definitely suck. Whatever about my obliques. If I stand like OPs pic, they show the same. As for legs, they look disproportionately small in part due to angle.

However, I will admit that my deadlift is barely 225 and squat is 175. My legs aren't huge by any standards.

All my clothes fit me well. I don't use a belt for any pants and the shoulders on my shirts fit perfectly. You might have narrow shoulders. I can fit into small shirts but it looks like a childs shirt on me.

I eat under 2000 calories I believe. I do this 4 times a week. I always do about 8 reps so I'm either changing the exercise or adding a weighted vest if it gets too easy.
