Your combination of basic a upper and lower with those shoes almost pulled the shoes off, but desu I dont think anything can make those shoes seem decent. Throw those away user. Lose weight user. Other than that, Your scarf doesnt go with the pallette of the rest of your fit, and your down jacket paired with that boring shirt+sweater+jeans combo isn't doing you any good. Experiment some more.
