It depends on what you consider "religion".

Is it only belief in the supernatural? Because yes, that part is done, no one truly believes in immaculate conception or the uncreatedness of the Quran anymore.

Christianity will continue it's development into a milquetoast twice-a-year religion in the west until it becomes as neutered as it is in a country with very high secularism like the Scandinavian countries. It is likely to become incorporated into the mechanics of state and society as western civilization assumes a more oligarchic and plutocratic nature as per the path of American commercialized baptist churches and mormonism.

Eastern Orthodoxy will radicalize and rally around whatever personal regime Russia adopts as it always has.

Judaism will more and more become associated with the Israeli national identity as young Jews in western nations will find it easier to just assimilate into either the new Christianity or become Atheists. Under constant siege from Islam around it, it is likely to assume a highly militant attitude as it already has in Israel.

Islam would have probably been on course for something like an Enlightenment by now being so unstable and self-destructive, but the sheer instability of the region will likely see it schism into two broad branches. The 'secular' variety which will be tied to Islamic nationalism in places like Turkey, Iran, and Saudi Arabia, and the Apocalyptic variety in the aptly apocalyptic ruins of Syria, Iraq, North Africa, and possibly Indonesia if the surveys about extremism I've read are accurate.

Eastern religion will be subsumed, either repressed by the Asian Tiger governments who tend towards Confucian authoritarianism, or integrated into said structures. This is probably a certitude for Korea and China, perhaps less so for Japan and Taiwan.

Buddhism and Hinduism are likely to become radicalized and highly frictional to one another and Islam as the climate and economic situation in South Asia worsens. Sikhism is likely to be destroyed between this conflict.

African religion will continue on it's path of multifaceted clusterfuckery. Missionaries and Imams will come into conflict.
