Margiela, Miansai, Le Gramme.

Margiela makes some pretty cool abstract takes on traditional jewelry (especially their asymmetrical rings).

Some of Miansai's pieces are pretty faggy and nautical, but they have some SWEET screw cuffs that you can find on sale for $150-180 if you look hard enough.

Le Gramme makes SUPER minimal, incredibly high quality rings and cuffs in a variety of materials. I have a ruthenium cuff from them and it's one of my favorite pieces I've ever owned. I hardly take it off. Only downside is the price...mine was a gift, but retail would have been $734.
