H&M and pacsun have them. material is cheap and doesn't drape well.

Rick makes some nice cotton/rayon/silk tanks and tees that are long and thin but don't drape, they're more clingy.

Right in the feels. I love the layered look but I can only wear it 1 month out of the year. Sometimes I can get away with it on a rainy summer day.

Scoop if skinny or muscular. Never v.
Scoops can get annoying when you have multiple layers on because of the movement, but they're still my favorite.
Don't wear super scooped sweaters unless you have a scoop underneath because it looks strange. Just order some tees off h&m, order enough that you get free shipping and experiment with the sizes to get the look and return what doesn't work.
Pro tip: never wear a long shirt alone, you'll look like an autistic snake.
