An associate of mine wants to do some "legally gray area" business on eBay that's EXTREMELY lucratively but is worried about getting in trouble. Basically, he wants to know how to use eBay and PayPal in such a way that'll minimize his liabilities as much as possible. So far, he has learned a little bit about VPNs from a friend of his but hasn't actually used one while conducting business.

What's your point mate?

>he wants to know how to use eBay and PayPal in such a way that'll minimize his liabilities as much as possible

VPNs won't help unless they're offshore.

It's a lot harder to open a useful paypal nowadays with fake info.

I was able to many, many years ago using a "bank account" (aka account info) from some stock broker website. That method has long closed.

Even if you're not doing illegal shit having an "anonymous" paypal is useful for buying and selling shit to people you don't fully trust.

Buttcoin is gaining wider acceptance now so maybe you could accept payment in that and not deal with eBay?

>VPNs won't help unless they're offshore.
Do you mean the IP being off shore? or the user being off-shore?
>It's a lot harder to open a useful paypal nowadays with fake info.
That's fine; my associate can use others' accounts as proxy. It's the eBay link that's the problem.
>Even if you're not doing illegal shit having an "anonymous" paypal is useful for buying and selling shit to people you don't fully trust.
Good to know.
>Buttcoin is gaining wider acceptance now so maybe you could accept payment in that and not deal with eBay?
I understand that but isn't that shit a well-known honeypot? as in, there wouldn't be any difference whether it's being used through PP or BC?

Not at all. Bitcoin prevents charge backs and you can tumble your coins and cash them out without leaving a trace.

Why doesn't your """friend""" stop trying to sell stolen goods/goods purchased with other people's credit cards?

Get a job faggot

This. If you really want to fuck someone over good have them send bitcoins directly to your wallet without escrow and then never send them anything. Theres not a damn thing they can do. Bitcoin is fucking great for darkmarkets and scamming people. You just have to be super careful because law enforcement agents are all over it.

The goods he's selling is not "hot" ;^)
>You just have to be super careful because law enforcement agents are all over it.
Shit, I guess misused the term honeypot. I meant that since LE is all over BC, what's the point of using it when PP can just be used instead?

Your likelihood of getting caught using paypal is pretty high. If you use bitcoin and proper precautions it's basically zero.

No chargebacks. Its much easier to scam them that way. If you well through an anonymous paypal account they can do a chargeback if they never recieve it.

>proper precautions
What would that be?
>inb4 just use common sense :^)

No, no, it's a legit product that's being sold through eBay (currently), but my associate is concerned that there might be trouble in the future since the business is in an apparent "legal gray area."

Get payment in bitcoin, tumble it, and cash it out. That simple. If you're selling a lot you should meet someone anonymously on localbitcoin or use a bitcoin atm.

What are you selling?

Knock-off Sildenafil citrate pills.

This. If you're up to super shady illegal shit use bitcoin. There are guides that show you all the steps to make it untraceable. It will take a while to understand it all but fuck consumer protection. Get yours and dont worry about faggots you sell to. They are lowlifes anyways.

Do you press them yourself or buy them?

The latter. It's so lucrative because the supplier sells them for a few bucks and my associate then sells them with a >=1,000% mark-up. You can guess where the "gray area" comes in.

Yeah there's a lot of money to be made selling pills. I made $50k last summer selling xanax

Lmao this thread is fucking hilarious. OP is selling bootleg non-FDA approved Viagra (extremely dangerous) on Ebay and these faggots are telling him that bitcoin is the best way to get away with it. Holy fuck, yes bitcoiners are this low when it comes to shilling their shitcoins. Fucking kill yourselves lol

Nocoiner cope.

If what says is true, can recommend a more "safer" drug my associate can sell? I've wanted to invest in his business but he's been concerned with the legality of it so he's made me wait and research if there's a more secure way to deal with the business.

>counterfeit medicine
>legally grey
wtf am i reading?
