Don't buy retail you fucker. Check grailed/vestaire collective for good prices. Don't cop unless you really really really want what you buy. Start with shoes, because you can be good with oversized tees and some dropcrotch shorts and black skinny jeans. Learn to diy stuff to make them look tricky (ex: wax a thrifted pair of black jeans). Start slow with your wardrobe. You earn more than enough to sustain yourself and buy a decent amount of Rick in Eastern Europe but in time, not in 2-3 weeks, maybe 2-3 years. You can always sell the Rick you have for the same price you bought (if you bought for a steal).

iirc after cccp ended it's life all the factories owned by state were closed down, countries like poland ended up well - some of them were demolished some of them were sold to individuals or companies. Countries like Ukraine, Belarus and (not 100% sure about this one) Hungary didn't do that well so the buildings like abandoned hospitals, factories etc. are still there and you can find them all over those countries, they do look amazing from the inside and the outside.
