Wash and condition your hair once a week maybe do a cowash more frequently if it needs it. When you're done apply a leave in conditioner that works for you and seal in the moisture with a light oil.

I thought this was just slightly above average stuff that nigs usually have to deal with? Maybe its my weird mulatto genes that are incompatible with having an oily scalp. Usually when its dry out I usu a shampoo that has a small amount of oil, if its hot and ill be sweating (7 months out of the year) then I use shit that keeps my scalp clean. I wonder how much this would cost to get it checked out?

Aside from my salty attitude, my bias mostly comes from the fact that most of black peers in my life have shunned me for not being "black enough". I dont listen to "black music" or share the same interests or political views. Granted those were shitty people I grew up around who had shit on me, I dont need validation from another race to be accepted because Im a reject from another group.
Its just a little disheartening that the sense of community among other black people was non existent for me.
