If its the body, then depending on what your body is, it may either go to cremation, under the soil, repurposed to be sold to other disabled people, etc.

If its your name, personality, your memories, etc, then they live on inside people who remember you.

If its your awareness, that is lost upon death.

If its your "soul", there is none.

Some will be spending more time in Purgatory.

Your consciousness as it is right now disappears because it is reliant on the interdependent functionality of your whole body, which decays.

In all honesty OP, nobody freaking knows, and most people don't want to find out any time soon.

If it is the void, an eternal nothingness, well that's hard to conceive since that requires a conscious observer to even think of it, and when you die you won't be able to observe it.

Perhaps the God of this universe after the death of the universe makes it again and rearranges all of your particles that made you exactly as they were, bringing you back into being without any way to prove or know of your prior existence, perhaps it has already happened infinitely times before and will go on forever.

As said, nobody knows.
