Quit drinking it as a crutch. Yes, it helps a bit, but it doesn't help that much and once your usage normalizes and your body gets tolerant to it, then it will be just like before when you didn't drink as much or any. So it's an appetite suppressant, for a few months. Then it isn't, only you're addicted to the caffeinated jew and are just screwing with your sleep-wake hormones and body chemistry for no reason. Want a café latte on the weekend? Fine. But megadosing 7 days a week? Nah.

Oh, and the alternative is intermittent fasting. After you get used to it, you'll have more energy, better energy stability, and less AM hunger (actually, zero AM hunger, in my experience).

use coffeine tablets.

I just drink a mug or two when I wake up. Is that still too much?

Depends on the type. I'm for sure a minority, but I think caffeine is a shit overused drug. No sense to stain your teeth, dirty your breath, mess with your hormones, and put something so acidic on an empty or near empty stomach. If you want a comfy cup on the weekends or something get decaf which has only a small amount of caffeine.

16:8 is a good starting place. So 12pm to 8pm eating window or whatever you like. Give it some time and you get used to it. Then try 23:1 and see how you like that. I do 18:6 a lot, 2pm I have lunch and then I eat dinner around 7pm. Test a few options out, but give you body time to adjust to each.

You'll be fine. I drink like two to three cups a day, usually iced with a straw. I drink mine with milk (gasp) and I'm still underweight/thin, and my teeth are nice.

Coffee can also help you poop if you're having issues.

It's late for me now and I ate 1585 calories today. I'm tempted to sit in self-pity, but maybe I'll go to the gym and burn of 500-1000 instead. Literally nothing is stopping me from doing that.

I've always hated breakfast.... it did nothing but make me a binge eater as a child because my parents used to feed me eggs and waffles for breakfast every single morning. A lot of them.It was disgusting, but I didn't know better at the time. Neither did they, clearly.

Knowing that I will be rewarded with weight loss is a pretty nice high in itself. The smaller I get, the more people notice. It's a self-rewarding system for me.

Unlikely. I've done some pretty long fasts and it takes a long time to be able to eat a lot again. You have to start up very slowly.

Has anyone got a gym routine to maintain body, but lose fat in areas that have too much of it. In my case it'd be my bubble butt with upper legs.

I've gotten used to drink a whole lot of water. I live in a hot climate so that is part of it, but I think it has just become more of a habit than anything else. I also don't drink soda or coffee anymore so it probably seems like I'm drinking more since I don't get water I used to from those things.

I've always been pretty slim, but around late 2015 I had hit my original thinspo goal. After a while I started to get really self-conscious and paranoid about looking too thin, so I attempted to "bulk up" and ended up with the same slim frame, just with more body fat around my lower belly, thighs and ass

literally all of my fat deposits are in my midsection and I've always had a fat bum, way larger than the average males, but holy shit it's so gross looking now. Legit two masses of fat complete with sag and fat dimples and I don't understand how I let this even happen

I really don't have the time to work out. In my spare time I'm always exhausted (working constantly, 4 hours of sleep max) and I want a low maintenance figure, because I know myself and I just can't dedicate the time to anything that requires more than just eating

Can skinny fat be fixed through diet alone? When I reached my goal the first time I was a bit thicker overall, with more muscle. Now I just look gross. I don't want to lose the tiny bit of muscle that I have left

I think it can be improved with a clean diet. Coupled with light cardio for 30 minutes, 3-5 times a week should help.

I've been fasting for roughly 58 hours and it's been increasingly fucking hell. I thought the stomach pain would "disappear" after a while (it was absolutely true for keto/omad, which I've been doing religiously) but I don't see it getting any better. I envy those of you with an ED who can consume 500 calories in a week or something.
