those appear to be athletic fit, but to me they are too baggy in the thigh, they dont look bad, but just not stylin.

They look like their weird guy fit. Mid rise, slightly roomy in the thigh and a bit of a taper. Comfiest fit of their imo

The inseam length looks fine even accounting for settling, and the top block looks fine, but the seat does look a bit loose. I'll say this on sizing raw denim. Buy a pair that fits comfortably and that matches your desired aesthetic (provided you match the aesthetic too). Advice beyond that is denim memery because the internet is full of resellers who bought a pair that ended up being too tight.
