anyone have a workout to build upper body? My legs are big enough and if they get any bigger then I can't pull off sick fits anymore.

I do a 5 day bodybuilding split, but I've done a 3 day powerlifting split in the past. Bodybuilding routines just feel better.

Try power yoga. It's basically body weight exercises in high sets combined with a lot of stretching. I've been doing it for a month, without modifying my diet and I've gone from 12 to 10% fat.
