True. The generic "I'm black and employed" cuts don't even look good on black people though. It's probably 'cause West Africans (main ancestry of African Americans) have a major tendency to get premature baldness and they can 'sort of' pull it off with those cuts due to low foreheads when they're older and don't care. Have one of those from Iceland. The Icelandics don't wear them unless they're out fishing cause too many tourists wear them. Popular in Norway though. They're insanely warm and if you wash them with that merino wax stuff they're water resistant too so you can wear them as an outer or with an open shell rain jacket most of the year.

I think this guy is probably from Chechnya(?), though, as this looks like Itum Kale(?) but this is a hat style that's pretty common across the Caucasus.
