Where the fuck you get your pics

They try to dress well so it ends up being a little bit better than average, but they almost always fail

we used to dress better when we were marginalized, nowaday our community is full of autistic numales who dress like shit

also this

>we

>we

It's just the evolution of the "females know how to dress" meme. (faggots act like chicks, so they have to know how to dress).

WUZ

Probably comes from the fact that a lot of 'out' gay men worked jobs that centered around fashion and beauty, and people that work in the industry typically dress well. We now know it's a stereotype and sexuality has nothing to do with dressing well.

Because they spend a lot of time in the closet.

KANGZ

noice

...

Because normies in certain regions call anyone that doesn't look like shit gay

this has been generally true in america for a long time

this makes me happy to see

babies first post hu?

Most of the biggest fashion designers have been gay men, probably comes from there.

Most successful male designers are gay, but your average gay guy doesn't dress great. Gay men are generally more vain that straight guys. (Put a gym full of mirrors in a gayborhood and see how much $ you make.) But that vanity usually just means they put more time and effort into their looks, not necessarily having better taste. Same goes for women.

So in a world where straight men are extra sloppy, like the 90s and early 00s, gays and women were at least more primped and groomed, which gave the illusion of being fashionable.

I've read Jung talking about how gay people dress better because of their developed eros. It's been a meme for hundred years.

Why is Raf always so CUTE? Dries van Noten is gay too. Didn't even know it before I saw the recent documentary movie.

Fashionable people choose to be gay.

I think it's because makes tend to be more attracted to women based on looks, where's women are attracted to social status or utility of the man .

women naturally compete with eAchother to be "pretty" and aesthetically pleasing to men, because women are viewed as property or objects subconsciously by men.

so because gay men are also in the game of trying to attract men, they naturally innately compete to "look pretty" for other men. there's always a "man" and a "woman" in every gay male relationship isn't there?

dressing well doesn't mean. dressing like a fagg

but if you start dressing to "attract men" as a man..,well then ur a faggot desu

a straight man who dresses well and cares what they look like is doing it for women not men, they are doing it for (ding ding!) social status, the Bette u present yourself the more successful u should expect to be

>1961
>"Nowadays if you're dressed up people think you're a dandy. In the olden days the most virile men were the men who dressed the best."

What did Boby Fischer mean by dressing up in the year 1961, a time in America when most people dressed quite a bit more formally than now? Is Fischer talking about regular suits, or semi-formal and formalwear? Are the olden days he's referring to the 1920s, '30s, and '40s eras, or what? I dress up quite a bit more than people around me, though, I am a dandy.

>a straight man who dresses well and cares what they look like is doing it for women not men
dressing for other people in general is not what you should be doing. you'll end up getting lost in a facade for the benefit of other people and you just look like a tryhard in the end.

Lmao, no there isn't. That's a shitty stereotype that's somehow still alive.

You tell me OP

I wonder who's the top. I guess the younger stud

this

what if i dress well to IMPRESS others? i'm incapable of intimacy, so i don't really want to have sex with anyone.

if u actually want a serious answer...

it was manufactured when corporations started seeing an ability to make money out of the gay community. they attempted to conceive of an ideal gay lifestyle to market towards-- they idealised gay men as being successful, plenty of disposable income (no kids etc). the abundance of disposable income allowed them to enjoy luxurious goods (clothing!) and services.

>free market is wrong and ethnic socialism is right!

That came a little later on (early 2000s) with shows like Queer Eye For The Straight Guy, where a team of five gay men gave straight family men make overs and redesigned/decorated their homes and taught them how to cook and groom themselves and be young, hip, or fashionable. Yes, it was as fabulous as it sounds.

That show totally would't work now though since it relied heavily on stereotypes. Today's straight and gay men would be offended, but maybe that means the show succeed after all if it played a small part in getting people to disregard those prejudice conventions.

Nice I'm not the only one that remembered Queer Eye.

Its allways the one with a beard

They're stereotyped as womanish and as we all know only women like fashion.

Thought about this the other day.Theyve done some fucking awful things in the name of fashion.

They don't wear mamma jeans with a Mr. Fantastic face

>fell for the meme
>went to the mall with gay friend
>actually had good advice, now I have some clothes that don't look like shit

gay people are stereotyped as having feminine traits. Fashion is considered a feminine.

>there's always a man and a woman in every gay male relationship
You're thinking of straight relationships, gay relationships have two men.

Flemish blood

oh yes that sounds true

>tfw telling faggots that being gay is ok led them to becoming total degenerates

Fashion is pretty gay anons. Think about it. Everyone in this board thinks about sucking dicks once or twice a day.

nice

maybe fags don't dress well, but dykes certainly do.

lol no they don't

>lol no they don't

if you have the money you can dress gud stupid fuck

This a joke? New age stereotypical dyke clothing. Leather and lumberjack plaid except it's slim fitting, accessorized and collected from tumblr and pinterest posts.

At least post a woman like Ruby Rose next time.

oh and the whole lesbian chic fad that is on and off since the 90s is just a coincidence lol

u probably dont even know any lesbians irl because u think every lesbian is the bull dyke stereotype. open ur eyes, cunt. lesbians and bis are the best dressed women, u don't realize that because u just assume that they're straight

Soko is a mess. It's like she's colorblind and gets dressed in the dark. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it's sketchy. She was cuter before she was a lesbian.
