I prepared a salad with a low-cal yogurt dressing for tomorrows lunch . Anyone got some suggestions what I can pair it with? Most people always seem to eat baguette or a bun with their salads but desu they have a lot of cals and I don't really like them. I have uni until 6pm so I need some fuel to work.

I'm at my maintenance but vendors send me all kinds of gift baskets during the holidays and it's fucking brutal.

I try to remember that the good feels from having a treat are much shorter lasting than the good feels from being skinny, but in the moment it can be very hard. Especially since I starve myself from all that stuff the rest of the year.

It looks like he works out his obliques and shoulders a lot. Do things like russian twists and normal/side planks, and do overhead lifts, incline bench, and lateral raises. Also things that work out lats.

I stopped working out for 3 weeks and tried fasting, because I really wanted to lose muscles
It worked though because now my arms are finally as thin as I wanted (18cm around my upper arm) but now they're all soft and weird :c guess I should try toning my arms without getting them big again

Although I did work out today, but not sure how many calories I've burned. Anyone here actually work out, any advice to track burning calories? It just gets me too hungry afterwards.

Blah. I feel crap all the time, fasting seems to help a bit but i suspect it's mostly just because I get disoriented after a while...

My new scales arrived today and apparently I'm 3lbs lighter than I thought! Its a good day, /thinspo/. Gonna weigh myself tomorrow at the gym though just to be extra sure.

Yeah. It especially sucks 'cause food is one of the last things that feels good anymore, so I started binge eating and went from being thinspo to just thin and barely underweight. Feel fat now in addition to just feeling shit in general. Good times.

user, are you seriously implying that I'll ever be in a situation where my sperm count would matter, that I'd would live long enough to suffer from osteoporosis, that I play sports, that I'm not already lethargic and miserable, and that I could ever be attractive? :^)

What do you eat for breakfast?

For me, breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. So many great variables, and I tend to 'spoil' myself first thing so that I feel satisfied for the rest of the day.

My go-to is oats. I used to have 1/2 cup oats to 1 cup almond milk but now I've been trying to cut down only to 1/3 cup.
Also I'm curious to know, if anyone else has oats for breakfast, how do you sweeten/flavour yours?

Sometimes I cook mine with a little bit of peanut butter with cinnamon and nutmeg and then cut up some banana on top.

I also like a teaspoon of cocoa powder in it with a few frozen berries, and top it off with some chia seeds.

As for sweeteners, I'm still not sure which is healthier (I don't use stevia).
Sometimes I use honey but I find the taste to be a bit overpowering.
Lately my go to has been Rice Malt Syrup.
Otherwise I just have a teaspoon of brown sugar.

Why do I feel so weak and nauseous?? The nausea and migraines are the worst.
I eat 800-1400 calories per day - so not too little.
I only work out 3X a week but I walk for at least an hour each day.

I eat much more than other girls and am barely active yet this week I feel like I got hit by a bus.

Usually skip it, then have a piece of toast with peanut butter on it with my 2nd or 3rd cup of coffee for breakfast/lunch.

It is. It's the fasting general. Though I only fast for mostly two days as I don't want to rely on not eating as my main source of weight loss.

Are you using meds? Could be that.
I think you are working out too much though. You either start working with a healthy diet or you start a /thinspo/ diet with little if not any workout. After you are stable with either of them you start doing them at the same time. Give your body some time to adapt.

best use of fishnets I've seen is from my favourite insta, weepingfairy.
She combines them with little doll-like shoes and long ruffled dresses and stuff. I'd love to pull off the look personally but I don't know if I could.

How exactly does a guy go about losing size on waist.
I'm 6'4 with 31 inch waist with 36/38 inch inseam, but I want to be around 30/29 ish range on the waist.

I'm also 5'4" and my face started changing around 55 or 54kg, from 61. I'm ~52 now and my face is still a bit chubby, but I have actual cheekbones and shit now, and one of my mom's friends said that my face looks thinner now, so it's at least a bit noticeable. You might just carry more weight in your face, or you might have a face shape that doesn't look much different either way.

Fat distribution varies from person to person, but if you work out your fat loss will be more noticeable. the goal isn't to build muscle but to get lean as shit.

cycling is good for this because it's easy to create long periods of calorie burning, and you won't build up as big of leg muscles like you would when running because running is more damaging to the muscle tissue in your legs.

I have cardio covered, I play basketball a lot and walk 10km every day.

In terms of food I really only have 1.5 meals per day. Usually eat all my daily food for dinner, and its usually 90% meat.
