I have a long face as well, I bought Oliver Peoples NDG-1 from Alibaba for pretty cheap. Don't know if they're still sold but the ones I got were really good quality, look it up. They'll look good on your face, people literally say I look better with glasses now.

I've been meaning to get a similar pair, something more like pic related. I've been using the numale standard issue Ray-Ban 5228 since college, but my nose grew since then and I don't like the way it's framed with them, so I'm hoping the notches near the bridge will alleviate that. Are the ones you have still in a tortoise shell pattern despite being blacker?

Contacts can be a pain in the ass. I use the computer a lot and I read. During those activities, people tend to blink less. Sometimes shit gets blurry and my contacts feel dry.

They either have big glasses for white guys(the nose), and medium and small glasses(their low nose bridge fit series are tiny, seemingly for stereotypically small asians with smaller heads) for everyone else. Where's my 57mm wide lenses, and 18-20mm nose bridge? It doesn't fucking exist. Oh, and their lenses suck, they smudge easier than glasses with no coating at all.

Fuck, forgot to say, the glasses are thick as fuck if you have a strong prescription. You need to pay an additional $130(grand total of $240 or so with frames) if you want 1.74 index lenses.

Eyebuydirect on the other hand, has that same high index, and if you include the frame it's a total of 140$ total. And those didn't fit(no physical store to try them on) but at least the lenses were great.

However, if you want jumbo size frames(and you aren't white/middle eastern/jewish) AND good lenses, you probably want to go to some random glasses store and hand over $400. It's just the way things are sadly.

My strongest prescription is -5.50(right eye if you're wondering.
