My first tattoo when I was 15.

It's from the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion. It's the 12th "angel" in the series. (Pretty much just monsters.)

The large sphere is really just an inverse shadow with the main body being the shadow sinking whatever 's below it. The angel was the first in the series to try and manipulate the protagonist through a psychic mesh of sort. The protagonist is basically such a sad piece of shit that when the angel meshes with him the angel commits suicide to escape.

I basically had a buddy that committed suicide a couple months that I didn't tell anybody about. I had felt like a lot of it was my fault and I regretted getting close to him since It killed me in the end. It really hurt me and I felt like everywhere I went I would just destroy.

I've seen these come out super well. Positioning may be difficult if you plan to get more than 4 inches or so. You'd also have to find a woodwork artist which I've never had luck finding.

I have a couple ideas for it. There's a great artist here who I want to do some work on my other arm first and then we could brainstorm on what to do about it.

Why's that? I'm getting an kawaii eel about a month out just because I like eels. Muh personal feelings isn't taken seriously by anybody that actual gets tattoos.

Copying custom work is a no-go. If you commission an custom work and get it tattood, just don't credit your artist with the actual design if you post it anywhere.

Office environment. My workplace is OK with tattoos, but I don't think they would be OK with "half naked girls". I don't think her not being naked would detract from the aesthetics.

Is it best to get a tattoo artist to design what you want, or can any graphic designer do it? I just wondered if there were certain things that didn't show up well in tattoos that the person inking would know to avoid off the bat.

Wouldnt hurt to get a graphic designer to design the tattoo and then ask what the tattooist what they think.
Some shapes on certain body parts dont work. Collar bones are tricky for instance. Then there is colour of ink being used. Black people have a hard time with tattoos, red ink often looks purple and others dont stand out too well.
So do some research and get some opinions.

I mean, there are plenty of places to put things where no-one will ever see them even. I personally don;t consider content to be a barrier at all.

Look that's pretty much the norm. I watched a guy get the image off the front of a book copied 1:1, a sunflower with a face weeping or something along those lines. It might have to be altered just to make it better suited to skin, some loss of detail if you want it small etc.

There are artists who do edgy as their whole thing, the guy who did my buttplug and yolandi for example tattoos FUCK YOU on people fairly often at their request. I suspect he'd do a columbine tattoo if you asked. The main problem with a design vs artist is political imagery. I want some pretty far over on the right designs under my armpits, but where am I going to find an artist who's up for swastika level stuff. Probably North Italy, they seems to be having a resurgence over there.

But yeah, you're talking to someone who regularly commissions porn from artists and they all love it, just give them the idea.
