I work at H&M

The hoodies had to be recalled since it created such a shitfest. I tried to buy a few because I know its going to be super rare but it was already too late.
A customer actually took the time to take them off of their rack and throw them on the ground.

I bought a zip hoodie there when I broke my collar bone three years ago, I needed something cheap that was arm sling friendly.

Four years later it's still holding up after regular wear as a house hoodie

I don't think I'd buy anything from there again though, just not a fan

Everything that they make is shit, despite what some people will try to tell you. I used to buy t-shirts from them, and the stitching on the sleeves was ALWAYS messed up.

Quality is shit, all their stuff runs a size small so I can't get anything over-sized (personal preference of course, but in a country like america you'd think they'd at least carry xxl), and I don't like to feed to feed the fast-fashion machine so I tend to stay away. Only thing I've ever bought there was a pair of trousers that ripped in the crotch after a few months.

Even from a purely economic perspective, their products don’t make sense. Why would I pay less to look bad for a far shorter period of time? Besides, I don’t like how almost all of their pieces are cheap pastiches. Zara rips off fashion houses, and H&M rips off Zara.
