Unzip the jacket or zip it up all the way, unroll the sleeves. Those shoes look like those joke slippers that are made to look like sneakers, stop wearing them.

Since you're a techwear guy I'd assume the materials are all waterproof windblocker and all that so that's all good. But from a fashion prespective it's pretty uninspired. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad and it's better than 70% of Techwear out there, but there's room for improvement. Your fit is all black, so silhouette is important. The silhouette you have going on is standard normie. Straight leg pants, hoodie with jacket. You could play around with your silhouette or proportions to make the fit more interesting. Unless you're going gray man and are trying not to stand out.
