I like the jacket itself, but the black seems out of place in the fit.

Boots look really wide at the ankle, are you wearing hiking socks or something? Might be boring but I think some slim fit dress pants would look good with that outfit, especially if you tuck the shirt.

Not the greatest angle, but jacket looks out of place and it especially makes the gloves look like shit.

Easiest way is to have a dressier pant IMO, the material of that pant looks really casual so tucking looks sort of awkward. A slim fitting jean could work. Agree with the other user about the belt.

Pants and sweater don't vibe together (sweater is to sportswear-esque IMO). A knit might suit the pants better.
