If people consider Revolutionary Catalonia and the Free Territory genuine experiments on anarcho-communism because their warlords called themselves anarcho-communism, why do no one consider the territory ruled by Ungern-Sternberg the legitimate heir to the Mongol Empire? I'd say they were genuine experiments while Ungern was just a crazy nut. The people of the Free Territory were anarcho-communists themselves, and Catalonia was fully supportive of the anarchist revolution.
