Just set up a basic tube site and then run scripts to automatically embed videos for your niche, convert tags to catagories etc. Traffic is really slow at first but consistently builds up over time. I embed the videos so bandwith costs next to nothing, and if people visit the sites you embed from yours you get paid money through their affiliate programs ($3 per 1k normally) in addition to affiliate programs for paid sites.

For paid sites you can choose between getting paid for each sign up (a lump sum of like $30-$50) or sharing all future revenue from that person (so if they are a member for a year you get 50% of the money they pay).

I embed any sites that have affiliate programs. Xvideos is part of a network along with youporn, pornhub, redtube, xtremetube etc. Their affiliate program pays for any clicks from my site to any of those.
