Depending on how you play the game it could end up hurting you more than your opponent, but it can also lead to hilarious wins. Just not worth it when the effect essentially relies on your opponent being hesitant or having a laggy brain.

Anyone have advice on this Reno N'zoth Paladin I'm trying to make? I specifically have the following questions:

-I'm reasonably sure the only thing that might kill me after N'zoth is dropped is either Brawl or Twisting Nether. I don't think beating Handlock is reasonable given the existence of Jaraxxus and my utter lack of burst, but Control Warrior is a huge hurdle. Should I trim Golem from the list so I have more favorable results from Brawl? Similarly, should I include Justicar as a secondary win condition? It seems like it might be a bit greedy.
-How much card draw is necessary? Lay on Hands is obvious, but I'm pretty sure an entire deck with only one card draw is silly. Other sources seem really sketchy, though.
-Is it worth trying to work in the Deathrattle Deathwing into this? That's an extra 12/12, but it would mean another 10 drop, is pretty "win more", and tempts the addition of dragons which would make aggro even worse.
-What taunt/removal/heal options am I not using that I should be?

I'm just gonna disenchant all of them except maybe knife jugglers and such because the payout is so small anyway. Since you get the full crafting cost if you change your mind you can just turn around and craft them again. Most of the cards just seem like they wont be so useful any more, so even if some of them do end up being used it probably wont be as big of a deal to substitute them.

I don't have that many of the cards though, no BGHs for example. Maybe those are worth keeping.

You get C'Thun when you log-in during the "promotion period", which is the first few days or so when the expac releases.

I would maybe replace the harvest golem with a Scarlet crusader if you really want to do that.
Maybe the Ragnaros Lightlord card can be changed as well it seems too slow and you have enough heal. Maybe add something strong like Nefarian, or Rafaam.

Why don't you have 500 wins with Ragnaros yet? You'll only get Lightlord if you've shown him appropriate worship.

If I were to describe what makes a competitive game casual, I would say that the description "in a game that you have no right to win you will win 25% of the time" is a pretty good candidate.

There were a few really good heal-stronk decks that went toe-to-toe with klandri's lineup, but when the average /hsg/ meta is Combo/Control, Aggro in unconventional ways wins games.
