You can combine both of the Princes' weapons into one if you've got both souls but otherwise, no

Twinblades get to 41 bleed with 40 luck. If you go hollow infusion and are hollowed yourself, don't level luck past 35.
They R2 + R1 combo builds a lot of bleed, so if you can land L1+L1+L2+R2 it's guaranteed bleed.
The problem is they have a really small range and it's hard to get in on people during PvP where they can just wildly swing UGSwords and connect from miles away.
For PvE the twinblades are amazing. I finished the game with them.
