it's .15% for that element's SSRs, legfes is like .70 at best. Higher chance at getting something at all, maybe., but still much worse rates for specific elements.
You probably won't get anything either way though really, and you almost definitely won't get what you actually want. This game is fucked with it's rate dilution.
