since I have starfall scythes I can have all of those but you have to choose between two of the back/flat/enraged.

personally I'd take the back and flat over the enraged considering most of the time you probably won't be running with people good enough to make enrages happen frequently enough to make the roll count well, but that's just my opinion.

Depends. PvE or PvP wise? All the classes are playable at 250ms but best? Slayer is good, so is brawler/gunner but that's just because those two are easy faceroll classes.
