I don't think the welfare sets will be that popular. If they are easy to obtain and everyone can buy them, alot of players won't use it because it took nothing to get and don't want to wear the same outfit as everyone.

paladin, druid and warrior all have different shoulders and warrior also has a different helm

Monk set without the hat because its ugly. Ropes, a keg, the gold and red color scheme, the paw logos, it all perfectly matches a regal Pandaren Monk and I love it. I just wish the green variant was available.

The only thing the MoP set has over it are the lightning shit, who only moonkins with the glyph actually get to see, since almost every resto spell is instant.

Nope. Artifacts are the only thing that can change color like that. For every other piece of gear, you must own the item with that appearance to use it for transmog.
