Gap Moe Character is an okay quest by itself. Only thing you could add is a few examples like a shy succubus or silent gyaru. Maybe add a restriction so that people don't make a billion Yanderes

Try looking into how CM3D2 files are extracted. Since they're both unity the process might be identical. They might have some tools in CM3D2's pastebin

Yeah, I know how they work, I ported some rooms from there. The thing is that Unity introduced a new format this or last year, used it for this game, and there is simply no support for it, or I have not been looking in the right place.

I do have access to the character models which, given a quick look, have a similar skeleton to the AA2 one. Some files which seem to be the 3D locations, (They are named "map" in a "map" folder) use a format that isn't "assets" or "bundle" that SB3U and other tools support. Those are the UnityFS files I am looking for help with.

I suggest you check the unity community or even get Unity dev kit or whatever it's called. Might be worthwhile of you think you'll be modding AA3 if it comes out since it'll definitely be on Unity.
And maps aren't the only things you could rip from the game. Animations look similar, complete with 3 loops with transitions. Try looking into it and we might even get some pretty nice sex positions.
The hair textures might be usable and I personally quite like them.

Why would they? They're doing better using unity. I get more FPS with 9 girls in seccross(with ssao and environment shadows turned off though) than with 2 in AA2. And seccross has shadows, ssao and the maps are like 10 times bigger than our 3d rooms.
