Although, considering how heavily they're shoving Samurai down out throats, I suspect Doma will be in the next expansion too as a side place like Sharaylan, or atleast have a Doman NPC train you in it, considering the influence the Garleans have with Doman/Ala Mhigo.

Ala Mhigo is based off of Spanish culture primarily.
From this, and the history of the class' Spanish influence, I believe Red Mage will be introduced in Ala Mhigo.
I also believe the Doman story will be expanded upon in the more Garlean-focused story of 4.0, leading to Samurai also being introduced.

Black magic is outlawed because it drains aether from the land (Hydaelyn) instead of from their own reserves. In the class quest when a person tries to cast black magic from their own aether reserves it kills them from the inside (burning to death).

Well it could always be not based by the jobs, but by the classes Thaumaturge and Conjurer I suppose.
Sharlayan is the center of knowledge anyway so it's possible that they learned how to use black magic without the stone, same with white magic, and somehow incorporated both of those arts into one stone, as red magic.

Actually, all the kinds of magic are like that, even Conjury and Arcanima.
Basically it's the same thing for CNJ where you use the aether of your surroundings to cast magic. This is pretty much why the WHMs got the elementals mad and caused a flood that lead to a calamity, it was because they were draining too much aether from the land from their fight with the BLMs.

In FFXI you're her "shishou" from a alternate future and she's just as naive and powerless as she was then in present time as well.
