Question: on every one of those previous rolls, did it have Strength being larger?

If so, just looking at the Armory on bnet shows Feedback Fences to have 30-60 Intellect, 30-60 Discipline, and 30-94 Strength, which would mean it always has Strength

With the light cap increase you can get 5 int, 5 dis and 2 str so don't sweat having str on something.

Shift around your stats and you can hit 5/5/2
