Depends how desperate you're to get it, one month is a reasonable time but you're gonna get some hard walls to climb like Magna rare item drops and Rainbow crystals, both of these aren't easily obtainable and they'll most likely slow you down a bit. Friend of mine was over with his GW character 3 weeks after starting, but finished grinding for Rainbows almost a month later.

Go Yoda user. You can start farming SR magna and Omega Anima immediately and can transit to any other element while have him on your team because he doesn't need weapon pool to work

Get SSR Eugen and go Dirt. You have the building blocks for a decent team. You only need 2 tickets total to be done practically.
