Nothing quite like it. There's Inconsequential NPCs for example, but they're just extras with no custom voicework. Works great along with 3DNPC tho.

I probably would have made her have a dick from the beginning if it was at all possible back when I originally made her honestly, but good futa mods are something that's still really new for Skyrim.
