There's plenty of room for popcorn if you forget the drama part and look at what a terrible recruitment post it is, though. It's extremely poorly written (how do you english that badly), and then full of how they want ONLY THE BEST PEOPLE, NO TIME-WASTERS, and of course only the best people who don't want to be paid because PASSION. It's totally not a scam they're going to make a great game, they just need a writer and some artists because they currently have... voice actresses?

Fuwa is okay, some people will be willing to take a look at your project, but don't expect JVN players to give a care either.
It also depends a lot on if your game is still a concept, in development, or already released.
Anyway, advertising in communities is a long time investment, if you only go there to pop a thread and let it rot, you might as well dedicate this time to do something more productive.

I just get it from stock sites, many classical pieces are easy to find for cheap one-off prices with no complicated agreements necessary
